I'm using ChinaTour for China domestic flight booking since many years. The booking service works very good and reliable. The ChinaTour employees check my booking and in case I make a mistake they contact me.
Communication only runs by email but when I try to change a booking by using the 2 indicated telephone numbers +86-10-82600771 or +86-10-56629550 it is not possible to get in touch with the service.
Conclusion : flight booking works perfectly by using the website or email, but remember that questions or changes by telephone seem not to be possible.
