Okay, after I purchased a flight ticket from ChinaTour.Net, I read a lot of bad reviews from the internet and I thought my trip will be a disaster. But thankfully, it was not the way I thought. I wrote my passport number wrongly on the web, and I was able to change it very fast through their customer service, they speak good English, and they response very fast. In just minutes, my passport number is corrected and I was able to check in. I'm not saying that those bad reviews are incorrect, but it was not the case with me.
