Only thing really needs to be improved is lack of information about extra cost when booking flights, for example, oil and taxes. All these should be shown clearly. I am surprised that this information is not only not displayed, but also no one could explained this clearly to me. I ended up paying much more extra than the price shown on the website and still don't know what I paid for. I never had this kind of experience when I booked flights with other online booking systems.
