Excellent and reliable service. Got us a much better deal than on the airline's site. They say you can't make seat reservation untill 3 days prior to the fligh, but YOU CAN. Call the airline with you locator or e-ticket and they will do it for you. We made sure we got windows seat from Chengdu to Lhasa and it was very good since we got to see Mt Everest from the plane.
