I bought tickets from this website. Yinchuan to Xian on 20th October 2016. I received all the confirmation etc. When I reached the airport in Yinchuan. My ticket is not available, the reservation was not listed anywhere. I have already tour reserved in Xian. So I have no choice but to buy last minute ticket at the airport.
Until now almost 2 months I haven't received any reimbursement or news.
