Review of Air E-Ticket by Eu-Meng

I had booked a return ticket on China Eastern Airlines, Kunming-Baoshan (15 Dec 2016), Baoshan-Kunming (23 December 2016) a few months earlier. I learned from a fellow traveller that China Eastern revised the flight numbers and timings on two occasions. ChinaTour.Net didn't advise me of the revisions. I had to write to the agency to have the flights rebooked and though they did it in good time, I was very concerned. Had I not learned of the flight rescheduling, I would have been greatly inconvenienced as I was flying to and fro Kunming on another airline. As a professional and efficient agency, it should have monitored the changes and advise their customers as soon as possible.
