The most umpleasant situation is when after booking an air ticket, an email is received saying that the discount is not longer available, and a new payment is required to confirm the booking. The most of times I am travelling already when that email is received, so checking again if the new price is suitalbe or not, and eventually making the new payment required is very uncomfortable for me.
