I booked a number of flights within China through ChinaTour.net. The website was extremely easy to use, the prices offered were very competitive and the customer service was prompt and helpful. Two of our booked flights were delayed significantly and the ChinaTour.net customer service representatives were very helpful in offering to rebook us on another airline in the case of the first flight and in obtaining a refund on our behalf from the airline in respect of the second flight. I would use this service again.
