Had great services till now, even when I was need to change it just a few hours before the planed travel would start, all worked well. The only thing that wasn't so perfect for me is that the system need to check the bookings by itself first, so it can happen sometimes that your booking still is in process and the last place was buyed by someone more quicker - but that is for last minute things and bookings that aren't payed with creditcard, so I wouldn't give it a point less here.
