I needed to call the office after not recieving any reply from my emails to check the outcome of the cancellation of flight. Though the lady attended to me was courtesous and tried to be helpful, she was not very sure of her work and she had to called me back few times to say the same thing. I am not too impressed with the service as I still needed to confirm the change when there was still no answer after the phone calls.
