The eticket process was OK, but there was no notification about changes in flight schedules. My flight from Beijing to Nanning was delayed, but no notifications. My flight from Nanning to Pudong airport in Shanghai was cancelled, and there was a total scramble with no English language support at the airport. The delays are from the airlines, but it would be really helpful to foreigners traveling in China if there was an English language support number that could be called, and if ChinaTour.Net provided a notification service.
