My experience with Xiamen Air in Shanghai was not professional as I had to make numerous calls to different offices and people to get a change in my ticket ..I was given telephone numbers that had no meaning and sent me in circles ..People seemed to be scared to take the initiative to make things happen. Spent over 3 hours over several days trying to make a ticket change..
