ChinaTour made it easy to book our domestic China flights and we found a significant difference between using this service and using any of the American services. However, when we had to make a change, it was a bit slow. It DID happen and everything went fine, but we got a little frustrated waiting for the change to come through. The time difference might be somewhat responsible for that, waking hours being opposite.
