Hello, The ordering process itself was great but there is one huge problem with the customer service: I canceled two of my flights and was told by the customer service to expect a refund. Weeks have passed and no refund was received, despite multiple emails I sent on the subject that weren't even answered! Flights confirmations 186633 and 186634. I would like to have a response about the refund as soon as possible. I would be very happy to close this issue as soon as possible and without lawyers but will involve a one if no refund is made soon. Respectfuly, Gal Ziv Yacimovich
