Booked my ticket traveling date on December 22 departure 7am I went to the airport around 5.30am waited in a very London lines just to find out they booked mine on December 12th. What a shame? Ruined my connecting flight at the other city. I ended up bought a new expensive ticket at the counter and waited all night to board the flight. Never again. Don't give them any business.
