I was given the wrong information when I called to change a ticket. The company have acknowledged the person I spoke to was new and gave me incorrect information, but I still paid for the mistake - at great inconvenience. All I asked for was to speak to a manager. After 6 calls and several emails, (all in work hours)I was told by email, "We do not work 24 hours and we are too busy with other customers'.
