Not happy with your service and charge. The only reason I had to use your site for purchasing ticket is due to my familiarity with booking on your site since I have used it for many years. I realized later on that you charged so much more than the price I could have from other places. Furthermore, in 2017, I had to change the ticket due to the cancellation of the airline company. You charged me 10% of process fee regardless. I have tried numerous times to reach out to your office to resolve the 10% processing fee, the person I talked to the first time avoided me for all my later calls and told me she was not there. I finally gave up on this. it seems you are conducting business unethically.
