Hi, we are fine with the booking with China Tour Net but there is a problem at the boarding pass issuing counter. When I forward my passport and flight confirmation printed out from China tour document to him. The counter staff says that my passport number has an alphabet "A" letter but the China Tour document does not have. I tried to explain that when I booked my flight the cannot accept the alphabet number and I am a frequent flyer for a very long time without problems. I explained further that my passport numbers, photo of me and ID numbers are also correct, accept no "A". It takes me quite a while to allow me to get the boarding pass
I sincerely hope China Tour organization could do something to improve the status of the problem to avoid the simillar issue again. Thank you
