I am a client of you since years. However, I am not satisfied with your service this year. Reservation of train tickets has been placed in February 2019 for the journey in May. The issuing of the tickets has to be attended by me many times, since it was not issues 30 days before the journey date. One ticket has to be cancelled due to the fact it was not conformed the order. You would return the money back within two or three weeks. However up to now - more than 5 weeks later - I have not received it albeit many times of notification sent by me!!!!.
