The Airline didn't have the information about my e-ticket on their website. I had to call to airline's hotline in USA to confirm my flight and send me my itinerary. ChinaTour must be more careful with this kind of transaction. I was scared if I have or not have my flight. ChinaTour contact never gave me enough support with my request.
