Dear Travellers, Chinatour.net is an excellent platform where you can book cheaper air tickets and hotels in china. I know i did.
But, there were problems with all my bookings made for my recent trip.
booked hotels and airline tickets for domestic travelling in china.
1 day before i left from india i saw no confirmation from chinatour for the hotels booked so i called them. the person said booking did not happen. book again...so i started checking my airline bookings made before which were confirmed by them .
1 flight ticket number was cancelled.
2nd flight ticket number was ok
3rd flight ticket number was not provided by chinatour.net.
scared and angry i asked a friend to call them and ask what is the problem and if they are not willing to help please book a new ticket for flight no.1.
luckily issue was resolved and got a new ticket number from them and also for the 3rd flight.
Booked hotels through booking.com which is a better option.
so if can get confirmation from them ..cross check with airline website and confirm it.
