The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and knew enough English to deal with me; I am not at all fluent in Chinese. The shuttle service from the airport was good. The hotel is not easy for Beijing cab drivers to find when given the address. It would be nice if the English language web site had a link to a map and instructions in Chinese that could be printed and given to taxi drivers.
