This was my second stay at this hotel. I went to the counter opposite entrance 13 of Terminal 2 and was escorted to the hotel's free shuttle bus. The room was clean and everything in it worked, though it would have been nice to have cooler air or a lighter blanket. The staff spoke more than adequate English and were very helpful. I left very early and was surprised to receive a boxed breakfast. I will stay there again.
