The hotel itself is very nice and in a great location. The staff is excellent and great customer service. I am very disappointed with China Tour.Net because first we did not get a two bed room as booked and the price was also not as advertised it was much higher when we checked in. Don’t book hotels through these guys. Could have gotten a better rate booking through Crown Plaza directly.
