Far East Hotel in Beijing is a good place to stay in many ways. The price was reasonable, the room was clean and big enough for one person even for two persons. The restaurant is not top of the bill but the food was prepared well and the waitress was doing a great job. Also the people of the little shop and the tourist counter were very helpful. Only the people of the bar were not talking English and that's a shame. the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven are on walking distance.
