Room was very clean. Carpet and furniture appeared to be no more than 1 year old. The bathroom was clean but looked dated. Hotel staff were helpful - they helped us with the safe and shower knob and refused to accept tips. The lady at the reception was having a bad day when we checked it. She slammed down the phone after speaking with a colleague but was polite to us.
