We were there in early May, which is very hot. And thought the rooms are equipped with a/c we were told that in the spring season they don't use it, instead they opened our window. There were no fans availabe either. However, we were pleased that their claim to free broadband was true and when the connection in our room broke they upgraded our room for free. Note: very limited English ability.
