In my opinion, this hotel is so so and not make any impression to me...Cause I was faced with the worst experience in my life about hotel service. When I take seat for relaxing in lobby with my friend, we were tired so my friend just straight his leg and after that one of security come straight to us and speak in Chinese...But we can't understand it, unfortunately security just dragged out the table with aggressive behaviour. We were shocked with his manner and the way he treated to customers...(This is 4 stars hotel, isn't it???) Is it our false that we don't understand theirs language...But from my understand even we not understand at least he should let someone who can communicate with us...They should assumes that English should become as first choice. We told him that we can't understand Chinese then please find someone who can speak English much be better. We thought if this kind of thing happen to anybody, it might make you feel uncomfortable because you have to seen from security face. It's horrible and we never think that it will occur with us. When we come back in the evening, we request to see manager about situation which happen in the hotel. Manager said she have to do something with this issue and will inform to us ASAP. The day after, we still didn't get any new information about it and we have to checked out... we went to reception and ask for talk with Lisa (Manager) and they said she's not come to work yet then we said please let any manager or who in charge for this period of time to talk with us because we would like to know for update information before we leave. Then another person come name Stephen, so we explained to him about it... He said he will check for us who was did with us like that and then when we turn around we saw him (rude security). We told Stephen and said "Yes, he is"... Then Stephen just turn to talk to that man. After theirs discussion, it's look like he stand by his staff side...We asked Stephen, Is it proper manner to treat with customers like that??? We saw that security smile and laugh, and he become as a part of conversation...I mentioned to Stephen " Your hotel is 4 stars hotel then the way of your management should be professional and the way of you did is not so formal because when we talk with you and the security also talk at your back... It's seem that they doesn't believe us about security will do like that, then they said they want to PROVE by close circuit. Stephen asked us what do we want he to deal with this we said we never expect in any compensate but at least can security say sorry for his emotional behaviour. But that security still insist that he will not say sorry. We went to the security control room and looking for the moment of situation...We spent quite long time their and finally we got the scene of security did the rude thing with us... Then we said that we're not lie, you can seen by yours eyes but that security never feel any regret for his action and keep doing like gangster with laughing. We said to Stephen please look at your staff in this moment. By the way, that guard is still around like black shadow who try to convince others to believe in him. I'm feel really disappointed with this hotel and I never want to go back there because they did with us as they not care for customers feeling...They just want to keep theirs staff...But after they've seen that scene, Stephen said he will make report to me and send it to my e-mail...But it's seem the thing that I thought, until now I didn't get any report or any news from them...
