This cruise was the best experience I had in China. First, I was the only foreigner on the ship, yet they doubled all announcements in English. Only few of cruise staff spoke English, however, whenever I asked someone a question (without knowing whether he/she speaks English) and that person didn't understand, someone from English speaking staff would find me within half an hour to check if need any help. Second, every single employee was extremely nice and polite, which I found to be a very rare quality in customer service in China. Food on board was very good too. They were offering a mix of Chinese and Western cuisine. Selection of food was good too and different every day. Booking through ChinaTour was flawless and easy. All correspondence was done in a very timely manner and I really appreciated Felix help in finalizing the booking and thoroughness in answering my questions. I would definitely recommend this tour
