I stayed in Clarion Star hotel, Guangzhou in Feb 2007. The hotel is close to subway, which is conveniently located. However, the hotel does not have very friendly service. The beds are very small, and service people in the lobby do not appear very attentive. Plus, the internet service fee is higher than a lot of other hotels. I originally booked for 7 days, and I stayed for three days and checked out.
