We did the cruise from Yichang to Chongqing. We were disappointed with the embarkation at Yichang as there were no proper passenger terminal with proper access to the ship instead we had to descend a flight ( maybe 80) of concrete steps from the shore to the ship while carrying our luggage. There was no assistance from the ship. The cruise was reasonable. Food was average. The cabin was adequate but was nor particularly clean. Service was quite prompt. Staff on the ship lacked proper training on greeting passengers. The on board entertainment was reasonable. The standard of English by the staff was on the poor side.. Shore excursion was well organised. Disembarkation at Chongqing was also unassisted but luckily there were less steps to climb.
