We arrived at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade to an Executive Room. The staff, facilities and rooms were all fantastic. The buffet breakfast variety was really great both for eastern and western tastes. I can easily recommend this hotel for your stay in Ningbo. I didn't really walk around as we arrived late and were leaving early the next morning so I cannot comment on the location of the hotel. ChinaTour.net gave me a really good deal on this hotel, so all in all a really great experience.
