Review of Shanghai Everbright International Hotel by Pajaree

My husband and I found this hotel on KLM website. We booked it via HotelGuide for cheaper price. Was a very good idea. It was on KLM website so it must be quite good. And the HotelGuide offered a very reasonable price. We stayed there for 3 nights. We were lucky we didn't have a problem with checking in. I only had to show my passport at the check in counter and that's it. The staffs speak English quite well. I sometimes even called back to the hotel to ask the staff to help me talk to the taxi to bring us where we wanted! Though there are some who don't speak English but maybe again, we were lucky there were always some who can speak English to us. We were amazed with the size of the hotel, the number of rooms, and the size of the swimming pool! Checked and found that we were allowed to use the swimming pool, the fitness, and the suana for free but too bad we didn't have time for it. And the location of the hotel is quite good. We walked to the subway everyday during our stay there from November 19-22, 2006. Would definitely recommend it.
