i have to say is actually horrible this hotel, in regard of service and facility: not professional, smells bad, room due to the new executive room which is fine, air conditioning cold, not able to adjust, we extend an afternoon, even though only 2 hour more , hotel rudely refuse to charge half day, it was really un pleasant stay. comparing to the other hotels we booked through u in beijing , this one i wont go back.. definitely need better management.. and staff training...
