Good location, friendly staff and good service.
But traffic below is bad, with cars horning and people shouting (selling street food) as early as 8-9 am! Can't sleep with the noise after 8-9 am... however, the good location should make up to this imperfection.
The apartment is a bit old with some stains on the sofa, stiff bed, flat pillows and rusty taps but this is compensated by the cheap rate compared to other hotels around the area. Other than the above, the apartment is quite clean as house cleaning is done every day.
Recommended if you are budget conscious and does not mind the noise and an old apartment.
