We took the river cruise from Yichang to Chonging. We are very disappointed with the staff, food and the cruise itself. The food onboard was very ordinary and almost repeated itself day after day. The staff at service desk could not understand English. They has a termostat in the room but it is for show only. There is nothing you can do to set the temprature. The temporature is control from central and it can vary from 22Deg C to 28Deg C. I trying to talk to serice desk but they could understand a word I was saying. They were also rude to my wife,basically laughting at her when she asked them for lost property, very rude. Our Qantas cash credit card did not work at all because of two reasons, first very very bad wifi, and second they are more interested in collecting cash. We ran out of money becasue of the card failure. The same card worked at every bank atms in China. If you are not taking any optional tours then your are basically stuck in the ship which has no activities, limited English books and unfrinedly staff. Once I asked to go aboard when I was not taking the optional tour and I was told rudely NO. I will never recommend this tour to anyone.
