There is no cash flow aboard the ship. For any purchases, you may simply sign a chit, and present your room key number, and the charge will go to your final bill., which you may settle before you check out at the cashier, where major credit cards, and travelers checks are accepted.

Safety deposit boxes
Please store your valuables at the safety deposit boxes at the Front Desk.

Lost and found
Please contact the Front Desk if you find your belongings missing onboard.

Porter service
Your baggage will be taken care of by our porters upon check in and out.

Post office
Please leave your letters and postcards at the Front Desk.

Audio and video programs
You can listen to music or watch TV programs by turning on the switch on the bedside switch-board.

River guide
There is a knowledgable river guide on each ship, who not only gives you introductions about the cruise facilities and services and explanations about the scenic spots along the River , but also takes care of your questions and requests, if any.

Optional off-shore tour
Apart from the included tours, we offer an optional tour, which you may find interesting.

The day-by-day itinerary will be posted in the hotel lobby and distributed to you cabin in advance, which is subject to change.

Please contact House keeping for power converters or hair dryer Do not dry your laundry or other articles next to the lamp to prevent a fire.
Make sure the tap water has been close, so as to avoid water overflow Do not throw rubbish or items in the bathtub, toilet or basin, in order to avoid congestion .

Each room is equipped with a satellite-signal TV, whose programs have been pre-set.

You can control the system by turning it on or off from your cabin.
Please do not drink the tap water. Drinkable water and ice is offered through the House-keeping.

Air conditioning
Central air-con system provides cool and heat in different seasons.

Please contact House-keeping for room-service.

Each room is equipped with a mini-refrigerator, Please refer the price list attached. The consumption of mini-bar will be billed to your room and paid before you leave.

Laundry services
Please fill out the laundry list and put the laundry in thr laundry bag and contact the Housekeeping Center.We offer same-day laundry service, if it sent out by 9 am. Please contact the house keeping for details. 

Repair service
House-keeping offers repair service for broken baggages free of charge.
