Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and there were many great sites to see and explore during this 3 day tour of Beijing but unfortunately we did have a few disappointments along the way, which was a shame as we had used this same company for a tour in Xian and we had an excellent experience there. In short, we were waiting to be picked-up at the airport for more than 15 minutes till the drive find us, mobile phone is very important and helpful for us to meet the driver - overall, this had the potential to be a tour with a better customer experience.
