i have stayed in guilin sheraton hotel from 18 may to 22 may 2009. it is a real 5 star hotel, nice furnature, clean room but it was small. the hotel is located near city center and very close to shoping area. unforunetly some of the staff were not helpfull and unpolite with no respect and no rapid responce to the gust requests.
