We had a very pleasant 3 days stay in the Sheraton hotel. The rooms are not very spacious, but nicely decorated with good beds. The bathroom however is quite small and old fashioned. The reception area, lounge and restaurant are modern and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and they really make an effort to speak good english. If I ever come back to Guilin, I'll return to this hotel...
i have stayed in guilin sheraton hotel from 18 may to 22 may 2009. it is a real 5 star hotel, nice furnature, clean room but it was small. the hotel is located near city center and very close to shoping area. unforunetly some of the staff were not helpfull and unpolite with no respect and no rapid responce to the gust requests...
