Wuhan Jinjiang International Hotel

Hello, Before, my company used to book rooms in Shangri-La for my business trip in Wuhan. But in October, they decided to book for me a room for 2 nights in this hotel. When i arrived, no concierge to help me to take my luggage, when i was check-in it was very long and the staff can not speak a good english. Also, when I arrived in my room the smell was very bad (cigarettes smell). Regarding the quality of the food, it is just ok. The service is not a 5 star service (compared with some hotels in Shanghai or Beijing). These 2 nights here became for me a nightmare! For next year, if i have to go back to Wuhan, i have already mentionned to my company to book a room in Shangri-La.
