The carpets was full of spots and cigarette waste stigma. Also the bathroom was not clean - i found a lot of ladies black hairs in the bathtube. The Mini-Bar was not full stocked. Hello, Although this hotel is new and just opened, they need to do a lot of effort to achieve the level of Sahngri-la or Ramada!! For my previous business trip, i used to book in Ramada, but last time i decided to book in Jin Jiang. I get some bad memories about my stay there!! When i ordered room service food, it has taken more than 1hour to deliver my ordered food! i gave 3 times a call to them but every time they said to me: it is coming! Hello, Before, my company used to book rooms in Shangri-La for my business trip in Wuhan. But in October, they decided to book for me a room for 2 nights in this hotel. When i arrived, no concierge to help me to take my luggage, when i was check-in it was very long and the staff can not speak a good english. Also, when I arrived in my room the smell was very bad (cigarettes smell). Regarding the quality of the food, it is just ok. The service is not a 5 star service (compared with some hotels in Shanghai or Beijing). These 2 nights here became for me a nightmare!
