Although this hotel is new and just opened, they need to do a lot of effort to achieve the level of Sahngri-la or Ramada!! For my previous business trip, i used to book in Ramada, but last time i decided to book in Jin Jiang. I get some bad memories about my stay there!! When i ordered room service food, it has taken more than 1hour to deliver my ordered food! i gave 3 times a call to them but every time they said to me: it is coming! Once i received my food, one dish was missing!!!! I was very hungry about the service, the staff whose their english is not at an international level!
