It was drizzling on and off during our visit to the Terracotta Warriors. However, our guide was so enthusiastic and we almost forgot about being wet. She spoke understandable English and she would always ask if we understood what she was explaining. She was very knowledgeable about the Terracotta Warriors and the Banpo people. It was a bonus to be able to see an ancient settlement site of Chinese ancestors. The Terracotta Warriors was impressive, but it was too crowded and we had a time limit, a little rushed. Lunch was okay but we thought there was only soup and some appetizers. We thought we were finished with lunch and 3 more dishes came - we had to request for rice. Overall, there tour site was impressive, the tour guide was excellent and lunch was mediocre.
