What is GOOD:
- Our tourist guide, Iris, is very knowledgable of the history and facts. She speaks very good and clear English. She is also very friendly, funny and nice. She makes the whole trip feel very enjoyable.
What is NOT GOOD:
- Internal misalignment in the Tour Company.
I booked for Terra-cotta Warriors and City Wall, but what I got is Terra-cotta Warriors and Banpo Museum tour (which is boring). The tour guide looked confused when I asked that we should go to the City Wall and she insisted that we should go to Banpo Museum - which I did not book. I felt like wasting our valuable time (including other tour member) to go to Banpo Museum that I did not want in the first place.
