we started at 8 am, but Shanghai traffic was busy and we arrived in West Lake at 11:30. The route was not in accordance with the itinerary stated. Tour guide could be not being informed. We rushed and rushed take the boat for cruise in West Lake return directly without stop over despite we would like to really want to browse what was there , take KFC for our lunch as restaurant was full. Then continued with Lingyin temple, and then six harmony pagoda just infront of the gate! We did not enter as it was 4 pm already! The itinerary should be improved !
