Our tour guide Fany was a lovely young lady who was very knowledgeable. Her English is very good. We had 5 people in our group. The guide Jennifer was very pleasant and punctual. The car was clean and the driver was also efficient. Considering the total tour the cost seems to be a bit on the higher side. It would be cheaper to get a taxi and go to the Museum, Yu Gardens, Bund etc. The Jade factory prices are a ripoff. If you go there start by offering only 10% of their listed price. Gradually go up to a maximum of 20 to 25% of the list price...
