It was an great tour and top value for money. I really enjoyed forbidden city and great wall. The tour guide spoke English well and was helpful. At the price, I was pleasantly delighted with the food that was offered and was really good at the great wall.
Tiananmen Sqaure was just a brief look across the street, we didn't actually go there or see anything in detail.
The only thing that I felt were the needless stops at herbal medicine and Jade factory, where the tour operators get commission and have rip off tourist prices. It was time taken out of something more useful we could do during the day.
But all things considered and the value of money this provides, I would recommend this tour.
