Bookings and confirmations were a breeze, very responsive and efficient. However when confirming pickups we were advised to travel to another hotel. I emailed to confirm as I was confused as the tour description states that it includes pick up from your hotel -no response. As a first timer to Beijing this caused some stress as we had to find our own way there and home.
The tour schedule on the day had changed from the itinerary - visiting Tiananmen and then Forbidden City followed by the Great Wall. This then caused traffic delays on the return home, Beijing is known for traffic delays between 4.30pm-7.30pm. We didn't arrive back until 7.45pm so be mindful if you have dinner and night activities as we had to forego ours. Overall the tour was great minus these hiccups.
