Tour Itinerary

Day 1  Arrival Beijing by your own flight

When you arrive in Beijing, after you claim your luggage and customs, you will be met by tour guide in the arrival exit. Our guide will hold a sign with your name, then we will transfer to your hotel. The hotels in our package are located in the central Beijing-the famous Wangfujing Street. It would be very convenient to walk around, go shopping, have meals and etc. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.

Day 2  Beijing (B+L+D)

Today, we  will go to the Tian'anmen Square, where the most important national ceremonies are held, surrounded by many historical buildings. From the square, you can walk to the Forbidden City. Inside this imperial palace, we will explore its fascinating halls, pavilions with golden roofs and high red walls.

After we exit the Forbidden City, we will enter the Temple of Heaven, where ancient emperors came to worship the heavens in hopes of good harvests.
IN the evening, enjoy the Chinese Kung Fu Show at Red Theatre.

Optional activity in evening: 1. Peking roasted duck dinner, 2. Acrobat show in Chaoyang Theater 3. Peking Opera in Liyuan Theater.

Day 3  Beijing (B+L)

The highlight of the today is Badaling Great Wall, which is a must-see attraction for whoever come to China. To avoid having lunch at shopping site restaurants, you will be driven to have Sichuan food at a local popular restaurant. Visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon. Alone the sacred road there are many stone statues of people and animals on both sides. These are the loyal guarders of the royal graveyard. The Dingling Tomb is the only tomb that has been excavated among the 13 Ming Tombs. On the way back to downtown, you can take photos outside the Olympic stadiums-Bird Nest and Water Cube.

Day 4  Beijing → Xian by afternoon flight (B+L)

Visit the Summer Palace, the largest imperial garden in China. Walk along the elegant Promenade, see stone boat, visit Kunming Lake and Longevity Hill. Optional boating is available on the Kunming lake.  And visit the Hutongs. Take a flight to Lijiang and transfer to hotel.

Upon your arrival, the Xian guide will meet you at the airport and take you to check in the hotel.

Day 5  Xi'an (B+L+D)

Today, we will visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, which is the most important attraction in Xian, there are three excavated pits exhibiting amazing Qin dynasty warrior and horses figures.Then go to the  Wild Goose Pagoda, where widely renowned Master Xuanzang (Monk Tripitaka) stored his classics brought from India. Then, the City Wall. After the day trip, you will enjoy Dumpling Banquet  at Defachang Restaurant, Enjoy the Tang Dynasty show in the evening. The show that presents the palace dances and sings in the Tang Dynasty when Xi'an was the capital.

Day 6  Xi'an → Lijiang by later afternoon flight (B+L)

After breakfast, visit Bell Tower, the emblem of Xi'an city. Next, go to  Great Mosque, enjoy your lunch, and then visit Hanyang Tombs on the way to the airport.

Upon arrival in Lijiang, our guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to the hotel for rest.

Day 7 Lijiang (B+L)

Visit the Baisha Village and a local Naxi family, the Baisha Murals, the Rock Joseph's Former Residence in Yuhu Village. The afternoon is free for you to explore the Old Town by yourselves.

Day 8 Lijiang → Kunming by morning flights (B+L)

After breafkast, send you to the airport in Lijiang, and upon your arrival, the Kunming guide will pick you up from the airport, and then visit the Stone Forest. Take a flight to Lijiang and transfer to the hotel.

Day 9 Kunming → Guilin by morning flight (B+L)

Send you to the airport for morning fight to Guilin. Upon your arrival, Visit the Reed Flute Cave, a famous karst cave in Guilin. then have a tour to the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill,  the hill is the landmark of Guilin, looks like a huge elephant drinking water from the river.

Day 10 Guilin → Yangshuo → Guilin (B+L)

Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Enjoy the lunch on the boat, upon arrival in Yangshuo, a short bicycle trip to the countryside will then be arranged if you like. You will visit a local villager's home to experience the farmer's lifestyle there. Alternatively, you can take electric car instead of taking bicycles(optional). Transfer back to Guilin.

Day 11 Guilin → Longji → Guilin (B+L)

One Day Longsheng tour for Ethnic Tribes Culture expedition. Depart in the morning and drive to Longji area. Then you will see the Terrace Rice Field. Enjoy the hiking tours around Pingan village for the wonderful views. Then drive back to Guilin for rest.

Day 12 Guilin → Shanghai by morning flight (B)

Transfer you to the airport for morning flight to Shanghai, and upon your arrival, the driver will pick you up from the airport in Shanghai, send to your hotel.

Day 13 Shanghai(B+L)

Today, we visit the Yuyuan Garden, a famous garden in the south China. The symbol of Yuyuan Garden is the Nine Zigzag Bridge built of granite and grass-white jade and the quaint, elegant mid-lake pavilion. After visiting these spots, we go to Jade Buddha Temple. After visiting these spots, we visit the Pudong New Area, then go to the famous Oriental Pearl TV Tower across the river, this is a good place to take pictures of Shanghai. Get back to your hotel  after tour finished in the late afternoon.

Day 14 Departure from Shanghai(B)

From the hotel you will be taken to the airport so that you can board the flight back home loaded with pleasant memories.

Optional: cruise tour on the Huangpu River after the day tour(cost: 450CNY or 74USD p.p).
